Refund Policy- OVERVIEW & OBJECTIVE
Here at The Kennedy Connection Pty Ltd we pride ourselves in giving you systems and tools that work and mentorship that will stretch you. We stand behind our tried and tested products, events and programs over the value of $50 USD with a “ 14 day money back refund policy.” There are just a couple of things however that we would like you to keep in mind, if for any reason you might decide to ask for a refund. These policies are set in place to help us better serve you and keep things as simple and transparent as possible for everyone.
You Qualify For A Full Refund If
You Are Dissatisfied With the Results a full refund will be allocated on the grounds that you have committed to a minimum of 4 weeks training with the program and your coach and completed all steps and processes or/and you have attended and stayed for the full event/retreat that your ticket was purchased for. A full refund will not be given if you have not started the program or did not attend the event.
We Can Not Give You A Full Refund If
- You change your mind or feel you can’t do it.
- Your circumstance changes. (This is managed on a case by case situation)
- You can not make it to the training, event and/or mentoring due to no fault of The Kennedy Connection Pty Ltd eg dates of the event/training had to be changed and differ from what you agreed too.
We Are Happy To Discuss A Transfer
We understand that sometimes things come up so if you really can not make the commitment to this mentorship, program or event we would be happy to discuss transferring the paid amount to another program/s, event or date that would better suit you moving forward. Or you can also gift the event ticket, program or training to a friend or family member. Please contact us at email@example.com to discuss this, a transfer to another program or event may not be available if the time period is within a week of the starting date to the event or program due to catering costs and staffing.
